Scott Burdette brings more than 27 years of construction management and development experience to Landmark Creative Group, with a documented national platform spanning commercial, industrial, R&D, hospitality, entertainment, retail, and active-living projects across 30+ states.
As a principal of Strategic Development Partners LLC, Scott has built one of the more broadly documented national commercial construction platforms in the region — spanning over 20 million square feet of delivered project experience across diverse building types and markets. SDP holds general contractor licensing in 30+ states, enabling engagement with nationally scaled clients and complex multi-site programs.
Scott's experience spans the full spectrum of owner-side and contractor-side project execution, with particular depth in procurement, contractor coordination, schedule and budget management, change management, and project closeout.
