Mark's senior living experience includes involvement with Carefree senior-living communities, Elegance Senior Living projects, and a range of condominium, residential, and commercial development initiatives. He has worked through complex entitlement processes, public coordination, and development feasibility for projects requiring multi-jurisdictional approvals.
His development work spans opportunity identification, feasibility analysis, site planning, design coordination, and execution oversight — with particular depth in senior living, active adult, and community-scale development.
